Radio geschikt voor TMC tuner

Ik rij in een audi a4 uit 2002 met ingebouwde chorus radio. Weet iemand of ik op deze radio een TMC tuner kan aansluiten, of is een TMC tuner alleen toepasbaar op bepaalde type radio's ?

Hmm, goeie vraag. Kijk eens in het instructieboekje of er ergens sprake is van die TMC-functie.

Eigenlijk denk ik dat TMC alleen samenwerkt met NAVI(+) systemen, omdat het infoformat bestaat uit coördinaten.

Het instructieboekje vh navigatiesysteem geeft aan dat mijn navigatie TMC kan weergeven, alleen hebben zij het hier niet over het type radio wat hierbij hoort ...

Heb even 'gegoogled'. Nergens gevonden dat radio Chorus werkt met TMC, maar ook niet dat 't niet zo is... :?

Indruk: Chorus I kan 't niet; Chorus II wel.
Maar dus niet zeker.

The matching Audi OEM 6-disc CD changer (part # 4B0 035 111) is made by Matsushita and, of course, is plug-compatible without any modifications. The correct CD magazine for this changer is part # 3B0 051 179. The Symphony radio can also be used with some aftermarket Panasonic CD changer models with an appropriate adapter and installation kit. For example, the Panasonic DP601, DP610, DP801 or DP810 changers are compatible. Look for them at Autotoys, Aamp of America, or your local car stereo specialist. There is also a 6-disc CD changer made by USA Spec that is also compatible, available from Crutchfields and other specialty car audio dealers.

The car comes pre-wired for a CD changer. The stock mounting location is in the trunk, in an enclosed compartment. On the A4 and A6 sedans it's below the tool kit box. On other models the location may vary.

There is a European version of this radio called "Chorus II" that has a cassette player instead of CD. It is not used in any US models.

Bedankt voor de info; Ik heb even vluchtig gekeken maar zie géén verband met een chorus en TMC... Neem er later op de dag nog wel even goed de tijd voor !?
